WYTHE COUNTY, Va. (WSET) – Virginia State Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 3:05 p. m. Tuesday in Wythe County.
According to VSP, a 2020 Harley Davidson Tri Glide was traveling west on Max Meadows Road and at the intersection when it collided with a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 traveling north on Highway 11. The motorcycle then spun and rolled several times.

The driver of the motorcycle, 71-year-old Fred Stowers of Max Meadows, was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries. He was wearing a helmet.
The driver of the Dodge, Charlie Hudson, 69, of Draper, was not injured. The twist of fate is still under investigation and charges are being levied against Hudson.
