Hopkinton police said Wednesday that a Westerly man died from injuries sustained in a crash.
Police said Jeremy Corr, 54, was seriously injured Monday night when his motorcycle crashed into a guardrail on Ashaway Road near Chase Hill Road. Corr was ejected from the bike.
Police said Corr was treated at the scene through smart Samaritans and first responders and taken to Westerly Hospital and then transferred to Rhode Island Hospital, where he died.
Police said weather situations were a factor.
Hopkinton police asked those who saw the crash to call detectives at 401-377-7750.
