VW Skoda chief Maier to resign in late July

A leading company aimed at virtual transformation.

PRAGUE (Reuters) – Bernhard Maier, president of Czech car manufacturer Skoda Auto, a component of the Volkswagen Group, will leave office after about five years at the end of July, the company said Thursday.

Skoda said a successor would be elected through the board in August.
