He’ll be part of our Kings family.
“It’s been an honor and a privilege to be the general manager of the Kings,” Vlade Divac said. “I would like to thank Vivek for this opportunity and pay tribute to all the amazing colleagues with which I have had the wonderful thrill of running during my tenure. Sacramento and the Kings will occupy a special position at my center and I wish you the most productive in the future.
The team will work with Dumars to expand a long-term strategy for the organization’s basketball operations structure, adding the search for a permanent general manager. No additional decisions will be made until there is a new general manager in place.
