LYNN – The options for late and lunchtime dinners in the city have increased with the opening of Valsos Table
This is the location of owner John Londoño and his partners Alex Herrera and Álvaro García, who opened the first Mesa Valsos.
“Lynn is promising,” said Londoño, who has worked in the restaurant industry for 18 years and trained under chef Joshua Smith. “People like food and there are a lot of places to eat. We need to bring our concepts and charge anything.

“We need to be there for those looking for a bite and a late-night cocktail,” said Londoño, who lives in Revere and in the past owned a pizzeria in Malden.
Londoño described the menu as American, infused with Latin and Italian. For example, hamburgers, salads, bird wings, pizzas, tapas and seafood.
“There is something for everyone,” he says.
Londoño said that in addition to offering investment under the American Rescue Plan Act, the people have supported him in his efforts to start the business.
“The City of Lynn has been a very business-friendly partner to work with,” he said.
“This is a key location, especially because of its proximity to City Hall, which has a very popular concert venue,” said Mayor Jared Nicholson. “We are thrilled to welcome John Londoño and his team to the city. “
EDIC/Lynn Director James Cowdell said the addition of restaurants like Valsos Table
“Restaurants are a key component of the economic progression equation,” Cowdell said. “They cater to a variety of people, from citizens to workers to visitors. We are pleased to have Valsos Table
