Two killed in accident in Grant County

GRANT COUNTY, W.Va. – Two other people died this week in a car accident in Grant County.

Members of the Grant County Sheriff’s Department said a vehicle, a 1995 Toyota Tercel, was worried about Wednesday’s crash along Highway 93 in Scherr, near the road to the dam site.

The driver, known through MPs as Seth Workman, who could not be taken for any age, was ejected from the vehicle.

Workman flew by helicopter to Ruthrough Memorial Hospital of WVU Medicine in Morgantown.

Investigators say two passengers in Workman’s vehicle died when it flipped over and hit a tree.

The victims were a young woman who had been in the front seat and Keyser’s ageless Tucker Weed, who was in the back of the car.

MPs said speed is one thing in the accident.
