NRC Realty – Capital Advisors has decided as an exclusive real estate agent to sell two advertising homes at 6500 N. Western Avenue and 6017-6057 N. Western Avenue in Chicago. Foreclosure instances are pending at any of the homes before the Cook County Circuit Court of Illinois, Division of Chancellery.
One asset is on Western Avenue, just off Peterson Avenue, and the other is two blocks north of Devon Avenue, either in high-traffic spaces with more than 430 feet of front in the west. The 6500 Northwest assets are updated with a 24,800-square-foot garage and offices on a 1.1-acre plot adjacent to North City Honda and across from Warren Park.
At the time, the assets at 6017-6057 N.West is a former car dealership on a 1.1-acre lot with a 5415-square-foot showroom built in 2000, and adjacent to Chicago NorthSide Toyota and Jeep Dodge Ram Northwestern Chrysler of Napleton, Walgreens and Starbucks. Both houses are divided into C2-2 zones, allowing a variety of retail and advertising uses.
“These are homes suitable for a variety of uses, adding automotive, retail or mixed-use remodeling. It is not often to locate giants like those of the city market. Buyers can buy one or both,” said David Levy, vice president of NRC – President. “Homes are sold without fees and without privileges, subject to confirmation of such sale through the Cook County Circuit Court, and we expect a higher interest due to their location.”
