Toyota prepares to present the compact SUV ‘Urban Cruiser’ in the holiday season

The less than four-meter model, founded on Maruti Suzuki India’s Vitara Brezza, will compete in a segment that has undergone a strong sales expansion despite a challenging business environment.

In addition to Vitara Brezza, the style would compete with Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon and the next Kia Motors and Nissan.

The Urban Cruiser will be enjoyed through discerning consumers with more than one compact SUV, TKM said in a statement.

The company will launch the compact SUV in its Indian line during the holiday season to meet the so-called in development of compact SUVs in India, he added.

“With a customer-centric approach, TKM has strived to meet the aspirations of its consumers by introducing new products at the right time and the Toyota Urban Cruiser is another effort of its kind to meet the ever-changing desires of consumers.” said TKM’s senior vice president (sales and services), says Naveen Soni.

The company hopes the Urban Cruiser will give you the opportunity to welcome a new group of consumers who not only aspire to own a Toyota SUV early in life, but would also like to revel in Toyota’s global sales and service standards, he added.

In March 2018, Toyota Motor Corp. and Suzuki Motor Corp entered into a fundamental agreement to acquire other hybrid and other cars in the Indian market.

As a component of this agreement, TKM is already purchasing Baleno from Maruti Suzuki India and is promoting it with the so-called Glanza after making some adjustments to the design and functionality.
