Waga and others.

“That’s why Mr. Mehalla and others kidnapped Mr. Waga from the 319th and took him away in the car. The goal, in addition to taking his wallet, taking the phone, to him and knowing what it is. How did you find out?

“His thing in the Mercedes was noticed through a guy named Lee O’Shea, he was hunting out of his bedroom window. . . He will tell you that he saw what gave the impression of being a bit of a commotion and they noticed that the men were heading towards the Mercedes car. . .

“The prosecution says it is that Mr. Waga voluntarily drove this car.

“When he left, his hoodie went off at 319 Newport Road. “

The Mercedes and Mazda traveled from Newport Road to where M. Waga later learned from a member of the public.

The Mercedes noticed at 10:46 p. m. that it was traveling along Waterloo Gardens toward Westville Road.

The timeline continues

Mr. Bull said: “The Crown says that Mr Mehalla, M. Qato, M. Palluci and M. Elezi left 319 Newport Road and were delivered to the Mercedes and left at 10. 30pm. m. As soon as they leave, there is a missed voice call. of a part affected to Gledis Mehalla.

The police had to identify the movements of the accused through cell phones

At 10:43 p. m. , Carl Davies entered a parking lot and stood against a wall. He leaves the place before the arrival of the Mercedes.

It is then observed that Mishella’s Mercedes and Nushi’s Mazda travel from Newport Road.

Mr. Bull continued: “The Mercedes drove all the way to Westville Road with the other 4 people inside, Mr. Palluci, Elizi, Qato and Mehalla, joined them via Aliach and (another)

“The Crown presents there an explanation of why to remove Mr. Waga from 319, to obtain as much data as it would ask for. . .

“By the time his frame was thrown onto Westville Road, the contents of his wallet had emptied and his cell phone was gone. “near where Mr. Waga stated, something incredibly mysterious happened. “The Mercedes car magically disappeared in a puff of smoke. It cannot be noticed in any CCTV video or at the scene. Intensive police investigations failed to uncover his whereabouts. He disappeared, and with him the valuable forensic evidence he would have contained.

Mr. Bull describes how Mr. Waga died and how his frame was discharged.

He said: “Mr. Waga did not die without delay from the beatings he received. Another car shipped from Colum Road, a Mercedes owned and driven by defendant Gedlis Mehalla.

“He arrived with Mario Qato, Palluic and Elizi. M. Elizi also fled to Albania and otherwise would have given the impression on the bench.

“Having parked the Mercedes, Mr. Waga took it to the parked Mercedes car, spoiled it in the back seat and left. We don’t know what happened in the car. We know that soon after, he died.

“The mechanism of death was an obstruction of the airway, the bleeding caused him to suffocate. You’ll hear that his frame came out of the Mercedes on Westville Road, another residential street in Cardiff, and just left.

The trial resumes.

Mr Bull continues to open.

He said: “The attention of the other inmates of the Newport Road facility has been directed to Mr Waga.

“He assaulted and hit. He had to maintain 25 injury sites in his head and mouth, chest bruises with seventh, eighth and tenth rib injuries, seven arm injury sites, and some swelling and bruising in his brain. . “

The injuries are depicted on a frame card symbol found in the jury file.

Bull said the jury will hear from a pathologist at the trial.

Bull describes Waga’s attack.

He said: “Mr. Aliaj escaped from the premises through a ground window. “Davies and Mr. Waga, not knowing what was going to happen to them, began cutting hashish and gluing it into a duvet canopy before climbing the stairs.

“Mr. Keller and Mr. Martin appear to have disbanded, upon hearing gang members enter the plant. . .

‘We know that Mr Davies attacked, he will tell you that he hit with a baseball bat, and there a bamboo cane and part a space brick.

“After attacking him, leaving him seriously injured, the wounds inflicted a lesson on him, turned his attention to M. Waga. “

Mr. Bull, the jury a photo of Mr. Bull’s injuries. Davies.

The hearing was adjourned for a recess.

Mr. Bull said, “Obviously there was a combat as a result of which Mr. BullDavies was wounded and Mr. Waga came close to death, but not death. “

“Here we have a scene, two cars, 3 male members of this gang enter Newport Road and The Crown will show that there is another vehicle, Gledis Mehalla’s vehicle, a car owned and driven by him, a Mercedes car also made its way to the place. . . M. Mehalla did not pass alone, it was with M. Palluci and M. Dhana.

“A coordinated plan was being drawn up for other people from parts of Cardiff to descend on the 319th. “

The court hears at 10:33 p. m. , when Mr. Waga and others enter 319 Newport Road, Aliaj called Nushi for 11 seconds. At 10:35 p. m. , Nushi called an involved for nine seconds.

He said Aliaj had alerted other gang members that his product was at risk and that he “asked for help. “

At 22:36 he called Gledis Mehalla for thirteen seconds.

Mr. Bulls refers the jury to a “Sequence of Events” entitled.

The prosecutor claims that this guy named Palluci is “also a murderer” but “fled. “

At 10:28 p. m. , Palluci on Colum Road texted Nushi, who on Ninian Park Road.

Bull said: “Minutes after the 4 men arrived, there were voice calls. . . We say it’s not a coincidence, we say he’s summoning a gang to come in and the spoils. “

At 10:36 p. m. , Nushi and Dhana were on their way to Newport Road in Nushi’s Mazda.

Mr Bull said: “What are they going to do? That’s obvious. To the loot.

At 22:37, Nushi calls Aliaj and at 22:38. the Mazda arrives at Newport Road, driving at forty-five mph in a 20 mph zone. Aliach meets Nushi and Dhana, all returning to 319 Newport Road.

The court heard that Mr Waga and Carl Davies had damaged the hashish plant.

Bull said: “The BMW arrived at Minster Road in Cardiff at 9. 55pm. m. . . .

“Four men headed towards the 319th, they don’t seem to have any difficulties, they knew their target. . . They walked to the back of the goods armed with a screwdriver and entered the goods through the back window of the kitchen.

“Mr. Waga came out of the window and opened the kitchen door for others. On the ground floor, they discovered two rooms full of hashish plants. One of the rooms on the ground floor locked, went upstairs and discovered other complete rooms. of hashish. They also discovered the toilet of the premises.

Mr. Bull said they started cutting hashish and put it in a duvet holster. Then they returned to the ground and made the decision to force the door closed. In doing so, they may feel someone pushing them. Inside this room was the defendant Aliaj, there was a struggle but he left a Nokia phone.

“The thieves checked it to see if any calls had been made. “

Bull said he did not know when the defendants arrived in Cardiff or how they knew each other.

He said: “The good fortune of the hashish expansion in Cardiff has been such that the news has leaked to others in other parts of the country. . .

“On 28 January 2021, 4 other reckless people made the resolution to rob the hashish farm from London, valued at over £120,000. We’re not talking about bird food here.

“They arrived here in two cars. Tomasz Waga and Carl Davies arrived in a car, and men named Louis Martin and David Keller traveled in a car for a moment. Everyone knew each other but they weren’t special friends. They arrived here ready with a screwdriver to enter the premises. They had been informed that there was valuable loot at the scene.

“Waga and Davies were travelling in a BMW car driven by Davies. The other two were traveling in a blue Volkswagen car. They gave the impression of having left London shortly after 6:30 p. m. Because at 6:45 a. m. it p. m. se known that Mr. Waga was receiving cash from an ATM at a gas station in Barking.

Mr. Bull is referring to the CCTV clips that will be broadcast during the trial. In the jury parking lot, he displays still photographs of the photographs.

Inside the gas station, Mr. Waga entered the stop.

The prosecutor said: “Then he was unharmed. When his frame was discovered on the night of January 28, his wallet was empty and his cell phone had been seized. “

Mr. Bull notes that the drug operation led through the gang of criminals.

He said: “The hashish plant was not situated in a discreet alley or advertising area. It was in a semi-detached space at 319 Newport Road, Cardiff, which in the past had been rented as a doctor’s office.

“A gang member was granted the lease on the property, claiming it was rented to doctors at the Royal Gwent Hospital here in Newport. A lie was told planned to allow other gang members to grow giant amounts of hashish and turn this space into an advertisement for the hashish cultivation plant.

“The windows of the assets were covered and the maximum of the internal rooms were used to grow hashish on an advertising scale. Expensive appliances were received to feed the plants.

“We cannot say when hashish cultivation began, or whether the plants had produced crops before January 28, 2021. The plants were serviced by a gardener who lived on the premises, namely Hysland Aliaj. “

Mr Bull jury photos of Tomasz Waga, Carl Davies and the hashish factory.

Mr Bull begins its opening.

He said: “In 2020, an organized criminal gang of Albanian citizens set up a hashish cultivation plant in a residential domain in Cardiff. . . It is a well-managed, organized and successful business. He was so successful that the gang members were willing to protect him, if necessary, at any cost.

“Their determination for their valuable harvest came to a head after 10:30 p. m. m. of January 28, 2021, when those five defendants, along with others, murdered Tomasz Waga, a young man who intended to borrow the plant’s hashish crop. in Newport Rad.

“While he and Carl Davies were doing it, a gang confronted him, some of whom were armed with a baseball bat, bricks and tools. . .

“He was continuously injured and transported from the factory to 319 Newport Road, Cardiff in a Mercedes car owned and driven through Gledis Mehalla. Along the way, he died and flew.

“The prosecution claims that each and every man before you participated in the attack on M. Waga and/or aided and/or encouraged others to do so. In short, they were all involved and played their part in his murder. So they are also responsible, no matter who did what.
