The Sinnis British motorcycle logo begins its pre-sale crusade for the long-awaited Terrain 380cc adventure this week. Customers can deposit a hundred euros to book one of the first motorcycles that will land in the autumn at the recommended retail price of 4,495 euros.
The older sister of the popular Terrain 125, the T380 marks the first foray into larger motorcycles for Sinnis, a company whose main business since 2005 has been founded on the manufacture of fun and small capacity machines. It comes at a crucial moment in a new direction for the brand, with the arrival of a new image, an online page and a new “digital way of doing things”. Owner and director Daqi Fan says: “Our riders are growing, and so are we.”
Three years after the launch of Terrain, the most popular style in Sinnis’ 125cc to date, the T380 aims to take down its predecessor from first place. “It’s about loyalty to the logo,” Daqi says.
“The network has played a key role in transforming Sinnis from a small business to a nationally valued brand, with Terrain at its center. Owners across the country have come together in combination via social media to tackle green roads, roads and peaks on their small-capacity messengers in recent years. But once they have obtained their full motorcycle license, they will have to decide on some other manufacturer. The T380 is a determination for the 125cc pilots who have helped us grow. Offering riders such an affordable, fun and practical motorcycle because it is younger, but with a hundred percent more strength and a laugh that justifies an increase in points.”
The liquid-cooled dual camshaft motor (SOHC) head-to-head (SOHC) is the highest strength Sinnis has ever marketed. With a maximum strength of 37 hp at 9,000 rpm and a torque of 35 Nm at 6,500 rpm, it offers functionality and ease of use. The 125 went to Mongolia and returned, and with three hundred miles of diversity in a single tank, the T380 will take it further, faster, with torque for difficult maneuvers on rough terrain. This functionality is expected to compete with medium-capacity adventure bikes, but with a partial value: an indicative retail value of 4,495 euros.
Many cyclists will consider this their first large motorcycle and the Sinnis have traditionally put on the market machines that look more extensive than their elegance suggests. Features such as radially fixed double piston corrugated discs at the front, a metal mesh frame and high-quality cast aluminum wheels with advanced off-road tires will meet the need for quality engineering. The T380 also has more extras, adding a giant LCD display on the dashboard, exclusive LED headlights, optional tire tension controllers and optional 105-litre luggage capacity.
Toro Exhausts will also offer unique functionality systems for post-launch cycling.
The T380 was introduced at Overland 2019 and was highly rated by critics. Due to COVID-19, the launch was delayed, but with demand for the next-generation adventure motorcycle still high, the logo gives its consumers the opportunity to get one of the first to land on The British shores. Visit the Terrain 380 pre-sale page on the Sinnis Motorcycles online page to pay a $100 refundable deposit and book your T380 today. The first devices are expected to arrive at the end of October (according to COVID-19). Pre-sales consumers will receive a notification to scale up their local broker so they can pay the remaining balance and recover their new device.
Sinnis Motorcycles has been designing stunning motorcycles and scooters with small capacity for the UK market since 2005. Headquartered in Brighton, Sussex, the manufacturer aims to make the global two-wheel model available to all types of cyclists. The key to this vision is to incorporate the business to the maximum of people with experience in the market, engineering and design of motorcycle products, and work tirelessly to overcome the barriers of what small capacity motorcycles can be.
