ANDREW Tate was caught running at 100mph in his £314,000 Aston Martin through the police, but was given a pathetic fine, The Sun can reveal.
The disgraced 37-year-old influencer, who has lately been facing rape and human trafficking charges in Romania, can now add to his developing criminal history.
Romanian prosecutors are reportedly furious at his brazen respect for the country’s laws.
Instead of the maximum limit of 130 km/h (80 mph), Tate stopped this weekend at a speed of 100 mph (161 km/h), a police source told The Sun.
The source said they were actively investigating the crime but that Tate would be in danger of being placed under space arrest for a traffic offence.
A Tate spokesperson told The Sun that he drives an Aston Martin DBS Superleggera 700, the fastest car produced by the brand.
The luxury supercar, which can accelerate from 0 to 60mph in 3. 4 seconds and reach a top speed of 211 mph, costs around £314,000, but some models can cost up to £500,000.
The source also showed the former kickboxer driving 20mph over the speed limit, but revealed that Tate was handed a paltry £172 fine.
The court appeals also told The Sun that this is the third time since 2019 that the Tate has exceeded the speed limit on Romanian roads.
A source close to the matter said: “Andrew Tate doesn’t care at all about compliance with Romanian law and doesn’t realise the consequences of violating Romanian law, whether it’s human trafficking or exceeding speed limits on the roads. “
In previous court appearances for speeding, they revealed that Tate had questioned the speed recorded during police time.
They added, “This is the same trend you use in the trial related to human trafficking charges. . . [He is] an expert at denying reality. “
The police officer who arrested Tate, Valer Kovacs, spoke about the incident online and said he was surprised by the speed at which Tate was traveling.
According to the local policeman, in front of Tate was his brother Tristan, 35, who was riding in the same car of another color.
Kovacs said he wanted to remind road users that no one is above the law, not even “VIPS” like Tate.
“This applies to all public figures,” he said.
In Romania, exceeding the speed limit of 32 km/h (where Tate has been able to drive lately) can be fined up to 8 points.
ANDREW Tate shelled out millions to build a mega-sports car, 15 of which were seized by Romanian police.
Yours includes:
Aston Martin DBS Superleggera
The £314,000 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera is a 715hp V12 device that sounds incredible.
It is designed to be one of the sportiest Astons to drive, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 3. 4 seconds and reaching 211 km/h.
Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport
The Bugatti Chiron is one of the fastest and most expensive cars in the world. The Pur Sport edition is even rarer and Tate has implemented this copper paint to make it truly unique.
It costs a staggering £3. 4 million, accelerates from 0 to 62mph in a mind-boggling 2. 3 seconds and can reach 218mph, but it’s completely road-legal.
McLaren720S
The McLaren 720S has been around for a while, but it turns out it was released yesterday.
You can buy one, which will set you back around £215,000. It’s powered by a twin-turbo V8 that produces 710 hp and allows for a top speed of 211 mph.
Mercedes-AMG 363 Coupé
At “only” £130,000, the Mercedes-AMG S63 Coupe is the cheapest car Tate owns.
It’s still a monster, with a twin-turbo V8 engine that makes over six hundred horsepower and sounds gorgeous.
Ultra-fast Ferrari 812
Another of the engines ever made is that of this Ferrari 812. Its V12 is a natural pleasure, with an unearthly sound and a power output of 800 hp.
With a name like Superrapid, you want to be fast and fast-moving: think 211 mph as your top speed and a 62 mph run in about 3 seconds. It costs around £300,000.
This follows the arrest of Andrew and Tristan on March 11 as part of the ongoing investigation in the UK “Operation Moonwalk”, which investigates allegations of rape and human trafficking.
Dozens of police officers rushed to the brothers’ Romanian home to bring them to justice after Bedfordshire Police received two European arrest warrants.
Once the Romanian court proceedings are over, the brothers are expected to be extradited to Britain to face 10 charges brought by three victims in the UK.
Court appeals said some of the victims were drugged and sexually assaulted between 2012 and 2015, Romanian media outlet Gandul reported.
They “categorically reject” any new allegations.
The two brothers could face life in prison, the appeals said.
Just a few weeks ago, the two men in conflict lost their bid to obtain £10 million in assets, adding up to 15 luxury cars seized through Romanian police in January last year.
Cars — three Porsches, two BMWs, two Ferraris, an Aston Martin, a McLaren, a Lamborghini and five Mercedes — were also seized through Romania’s anti-organized crime police unit, DIICOT.
The self-proclaimed misogynists were arrested in December 2022 on charges of human trafficking, rape, and concerted crimes dating back to 2012 and 2015.
A year later, they are awaiting trial and deny all charges against them.
Andrew and Tristan were charged by police in June as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation.
They have been accused of recruiting women on social media and luring them to their villa on the outskirts of Bucharest.
The two men allegedly pretended to fall in love with the women before painting them for his company and forcing them to perform sex acts on webcams.
Last December, the brothers tried to return to the UK with their ailing mother after she suffered a heart attack.
Andrew and Tristan tried to request an “emergency visit” to the UK, but were shot down.
Andrew has continuously denied any wrongdoing and claims to be a victim of something called The Matrix.
The controversial Tate figure has already sparked outrage around the world following his claims on social media.
And later that year, he also claimed that women bear “some responsibility” for the rape, following allegations against disgraced Hollywood manufacturer Harvey Weinstein.
He has removed himself from X, formerly known as Twitter, several times and in January last year, the social media site said an account he had created on the platform had been “mistakenly verified. “
Since November, he has been banned from YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Tate runs her own network called “The War Room,” which has been described as a “men-only network. “
Andrew and Tate had already won an appeal to be released from space arrest in Romania in August last year.
The resolution meant that Tate, his brother Tristan and suspects Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu could leave the house, but the capital and surrounding county of Ilfov.
Andrew and Tristan Tate face additional fines (rape and sexual assault, by alleged victims in the UK) and will be extradited to Britain.
This comes after the brothers were arrested in December 2022 and charged with human trafficking, rape, and forming an organized criminal organization to sexually exploit women.
