One of six hundred examples manufactured in Maranello between 1966 and 1968, the GTC combined the V12 of the 330 2 2 with the chassis of the 275 GTB. The first went to Switzerland, then spent time in the US. This is where it was discovered six years ago, a little pitiful with a stiffened engine and blue paint. Most importantly, every nut and bolt was original, so chassis #9069 was the best basis for restoration.

And for some parts of the reconstruction, even sandblasting is not enough. Two years before painting the frame, it was sandblasted with crushed walnut shells (!)
