The refurbishment of an overlooked advertising asset in Brierley Hill is nearing completion with the arrival of the Enterprise Mobility global car rental logo.
The once-abandoned Thorn Road site acquired through West Midlands-based asset developers, Stewardson Developments, in 2022.
As a result of the investment, the site has been remodeled into a fitness center and new facilities for Enterprise, which feature a laundry area, valet parking, secure vehicle garage and a visitor management station.
It also houses Retroflex, a gym and a private educational center.
