The pile of £1.5 million from a wealthy couple became a structure through the corporate scaffolding next door

The rural space of a couple of 1.5 million pounds on a historic estate has become a structure through a scaffolding company that is illegally expanding its neighboring farm.

Mike Tattum and Jane Bell say their rural romance at Hadham Park House in the Hertfordshire countryside was ruined through 20-foot-tall black fences, portable booths, spotlights and a stream of giant, noisy trucks up and down the quiet lane where they live.

Tattum, a successful city analyst, told how clashes and bitter plan disputes with his noisy neighbors have reached the High Court.

Mike Tattum and Jane Bell are at war with the nearby scaffolding site that built 11 portable cabins and a 20-foot black corrugated iron top wall, as well as driving trucks along the country road, ruining their peace and quiet.

The couple said everything was fine when they first bought the assets in 2014, but that in the last two years the wall (pictured) was erected along with a giant workplace and 11 portable booths, all without making plans with the permission of the town hall.

City analyst Mike, 55, accused the owners of Connect Scaffolding of nearby land of “creating a commercial park through stealth.”Says his view of the Hertforshire countryside was ruined by the construction of corrugated iron walls (pictured)
