The mixed-use SoBro allocation is ahead of the curve

The developer of Sixth South, a 12-story mixed-use construction in SoBro, has several rented land with a collective price of more than $15.7 million similar to the project.

The progression company The Beach Co., founded in Charleston, South Carolina, is embarking on progression, which is expanding into one that once had directions of 516 Sixth Ave. S and 512 Lea Ave. The layout (pictured) now comes on five floors.

Fairgrounds Nashville area assets have been sold for approximately $2.8 million, more than 10 times so it last replaced the property 15 years ago.

Located at 10 Culvert St., the assets of South Nashville house an empty commercial construction and are adjacent to a design that houses the global paint, coatings and chemical company AkzoNobel (more information here). Its new owner is an LLC affiliated with the Nashville Owner Auto Sales of Murfreesboro Road. Trader Timothy Ranson, who paid $256,000 for assets in 2005.

The workstation could not determine if any agents were involved in the transaction.

At one point, a member of the Steinhouse Family Circle owned the property, located at the southern end of Chestnut Hill. It should be noted that Steinhouse Supply Co. was acquired through Southern Pipe and Supply in 2019 (more information here).

Andrews’ Cadillac is progressing

Andrews Transportation Group, based in Brentwood, has been authorized to expand its Jaguar Land Rover service and portion operations at Maryland Farms.

The permit is valued at $5.3 million. Specifically, the permit will allow the structure of a parking platform along Old Hickory Boulevard, which will provide approximately one hundred more car parking spaces for sale in inventory. The bridge will also serve as a display for the visible rear service batch.

The group, which is also home to Cadillac Andrews, will double its service branch into 1 Cadillac Drive to accommodate sales of units that have increased 200% in the past five years, according to a statement.
