Skoda is an attractive logo. As a member of the Volkswagen Group, it develops cars with many shared portions of its German parent company. However, many of his cars are strangely amazing, even larger than their VW counterparts. While most of Skoda’s designs are familiar to VW fans, the Czech logo differs some bit from its corporate lords, in terms of external and internal design. In doing so, with its latest electric vehicle, the Skoda Enyaq iV, it really seems to have copied the design of its German rival.
The Skoda Enyaq iV, in addition to sounding like a nickname for Bigfoot, is an all-electric crossover built on VW’s new MEB architecture. It produces some pretty attractive specifications. There are two batteries, one 62 kWh and one 82 kWh. offering very healthy ranges; 242 miles and 316 miles, respectively. It has a single electric motor on the rear axle, smart for 176 horsepower or two hundred horsepower, depending on the battery you get, and will succeed in 60 mph in 8. 7 seconds or 6. 2 seconds.
However, we are not here to communicate about specifications and technology, we are here to communicate about design. This is because the Skoda Enyaq iV has a grill that is actually quite similar to BMW’s iconic grille. Of course, it doesn’t look like that. In general circumstances, this looks like a typical Skoda grill, however, if you opt for the illuminated grill option, it fits a little.
With its grill lit, when lighting devices are turned on, half the grill remains dark for an unexplained reason. When this happens, visually divide the grille in half, giving it a very BMW look. Which is incredibly coming from a car. which obviously has the taste of the Volkswagen. No Group is a direct copy of a BMW grill, because the medium is rarely completely black, however, it is enough for passers-by to avoid at a glance and wonder what kind of BMW it is. .
To be honest, the car is really beautiful, has blank lines and a sporty shape. Even with the grille on, it looks pretty good. However, it is a little strange to see a VW Group product with a grill that can be so soft with a BMW. Look temporarily and you might think you’re looking at the next BMW iNEXT. The funny thing about this is that BMW would probably like to have a car for sale with the ev diversity type of the Skoda Enyaq iV and Series Four is probably jealous of the Enyaq grill. . .
