This is thanks to the arrival of 10 new disciplines, which have greatly enhanced the overall success of the event. In fact, 72 FIA National Sporting Authorities (NSAs) will take part, 29 of which are new for 2022. In terms of devices, a box of 16 disciplines promises the participation of a large number of cars from a plethora of manufacturers, with activities focused on Circuit Paul Ricard, Veynes and St. Baume. The maximum variety is the rally, with 1four brands offered in 3 categories: Rally2, Rallyfour and Historic Rally. In contrast, several categories, in addition to Karting, KCMG Formula four and Auto Slalom, are of a single brand, and all competitions use the same equipment. The latter will use the Opel Corsa-e Rally, a fully electric device that gets great functionality thanks to its 260 Nm of torque. In fact, the list of participants on the occasion is varied and goes beyond the classic manufacturers: the Esports festival will use gaming platforms provided with the newest parts through the industry leader Fanatec, the action will take place in the well-known Assetto Corsa Competizione simulation. Fanatec Esports is one of six disciplines returning in 2019; the others are GT, KCMG Formula four, Touring Car, Drifting and Karting Slalom. As already mentioned, they are registered through no less than 10 newcomers. All 3 rally categories are set to make their debut at the FIA Motorsport Games, as are two Cross Car disciplines aimed at juniors and seniors. There are 3 new Karting categories, in addition to Slalom Auto and GT Sprint. Ukraine in the Drifting category. Belgium has two silver medalists: Gilles Magnus hopes to do better in Touring Car, while Antoine Morlet moves to Karting Endurance after completing runner-up in Karting Slalom in 2019. Finally, Australia will once again be provided through the duo of parents and sons Stephen and Brenton Grove. , who last won bronze in the GT Cup.
