The famous Dunkin’s drink is now Texas forever

I had a co-worker that drank one of these every single morning for the entire time we worked together, and now they are impossible to get at your local Texas Dunkin’ shop. You almost have to be a bit surprised this specialty coffee made it through the name change in 2018 that dropped donuts, and became simply Dunkin’.

I’ve never had coffee at Dunkin’s, but every once in a while I’ve enjoyed the odd croissant sandwich, a bag of munchkins, and, of course, Boston cream pies.

If you go to Dunkin’ just for the food, you’re in the minority because 60% of sales go to coffee. It’s probably moderate to assume that a giant 40% portion of food sales is due to the fact that coffee drinkers also have to get donuts.

The Dunkaccino will be phased out around 2023 and will now officially disappear from the Dunkin menu for good, but don’t worry, there’s still a workaround at your local Dunkeez (as New Englanders say). If you order a plain hot chocolate and add a turbo to it, it will probably achieve the same purpose and it will taste the same.

If you want to savor the now-defunct Dunkaccino at home, you’ll probably come by with a packet of Swiss Miss poured into a cup of combined coffee for breakfast. Don’t do it with Starbucks, as it will most likely be thought of. as in poor taste.

General Motors introduced Pontiac in 1926 as a sister logo to Chevrolet. Diversity produced functional automobiles such as Fiero, Sunfire, and Solstice. Despite attempts to save Pontiac, in 2009, GM abandoned the logo due to a lack of profits.
