Mercedes-Benz AG has opted for the Cooper Discoverer SRXLE ™ as its original (OE) device in the new Mercedes-Benz GLS from the car manufacturer, the latest generation full-size SUV from the car manufacturer. The Cooper Discoverer SRXLE is a premium SUV and CUV tire for all seasons that has been identified for its incredible innovations, technical achievements, quality and manufacturing. The Discoverer SRXLE device on the Mercedes-Benz GLS includes the 275 / 50R20 and 275 / 55R19 models.

Cooper Discoverer SRXLE features a complex functionality structure for maximum guide response, smooth and comfortable driving stability and handling. With tread technology, the SRXLE provides confidence in vehicle control by delivering incredible traction in all weather situations and helping to improve fuel efficiency. The upper shape of the tire profile includes a finely adjusted floor footprint that interacts with the road to improve vehicle control. For added stability and handling, the SRXLE features Micro-Gauge Siping ™ and Aqua Vac Channels ™, which are wide tread grooves that improve hydroplane resistance and provide more control and grip in the event of heavy rain.
