Every time we get in the next BMW M3 G80, we need to mention its new grill design. It is the elephant in the room every time the M3 is discussed, or the M4 for that matter. However, we still do not know precisely how it will look when, despite each and every element, it enters production, because we have only noticed it in its entirety with a thick camouflage. However, the rendering artist Kolesa has created a new generation version of the BMW M3 with a design that will probably be quite similar to the ultimate production car.

In this new representation, we see what is necessarily a BMW 3 G20 Series frame with the grid of the next M3/M4 digitally grafted into your face. You also get the latest competitive lines as we’ve noticed in other leaks and spy photos. So this looks a lot like what we can expect from the ultimate production car. To be honest, it doesn’t look as terrible as I thought. However, there is an asterisk in this statement.

This representation does not seem to take into account all the additional aggression that the M3 will have compared to the popular 3 series. Therefore, its wings are not widened, its looking skirts are not lower, it lacks M mirrors and simply does not have the presence of an M car.

In the current state of rendering, such as a G20 3 series with an M3 grid and M8-style look ventilation, it looks good. However, the aforementioned additional aggression that will bring the next generation M3 up and this will not look so bad.

One thing is for sure, however, the BMW M3 will be a monster to drive. In its fundamental form, the BMW M3 G80 will offer 473 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque, thanks to its 3.0-liter twin-engine I6. A six-speed manual will be offered at its base.

However, it is automatic for the 503-horsepower “Competition” model. So this is the vintage edition you want, because you can have an M3 biturbo with manual rear-wheel drive.

Either way, their appearance will continue to polarize the fan base. Then either you will love him in spite of his strange look or you will hate him, in spite of them. So, if the next BMW M3 looks like this but it works incredibly well, will you love it?
