Kia on Monday released price data for the 2023 Niro EV. There will be two versions available, Wind and Wave, and in classic Kia form, it’s well-equipped enough and without frustrating and convoluted option packages. Both versions of the Niro EV come with the same powertrain, adding a 64. 8-kilowatt-hour battery and a 201-horsepower electric motor, with an EPA-estimated diversity of 253 miles and a maximum DC fast charge rate of 85 kilowatts.
The base 2023 Niro EV Wind will charge buyers $40,745, adding $1,275 in destination and delivery charges. Base styling is a bargain, offering matte black trim details, seats made from a mix of fabric and vegan leather, heated seats and a 10. 3-inch touchscreen infotainment formula with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto highlights. It also features active and passive motive force aids that add blind spot monitoring, rear parking sensors, automatic emergency braking, lane keeping assist, lane departure warning, automatic overhead lights, and full-speed adaptive cruise control.
If you’re feeling a little fancier, the Niro EV Wave costs $45,745. This version adds a number of amenities, such as fully vegan leather seats with ventilation, power-folding rearview mirrors, a rearview mirror with automatic dimming, LED lighting in the cabin, front parking sensors and heated steering wheel, as well as Kia’s vehicle charging system, which allows the electric vehicle to be forced to the team outboard.
