The 2020 Mazda6 is still athletic, a little more chic

Mazda has planned a little more discreet, but just as elegant, for the Mazda6, CX-5 and CX-9 2021 models.

On Thursday, the automaker announced the arrival of the Carbon edition for SUVs and midsize sedans. A beautiful polymetal Grey exterior color covers the vehicle, while the black details adhere to the trend of less chrome-plated and darker colors. Specifically, Carbon Edition models have a metallic black color for wheels, mirrors and other areas.

We don’t have interior shots yet, but the Mazda6, CX-5 and CX-9 Carbon Editions play in red leather with black accents. The grey color on the red interior sounds quite elegant and the vehicle receives a honeycomb-shaped inner border with red seams.

Drivers will also have a decent inventory of Carbon- edition devices. A high-end Bose audio system, heated front seats and the set of i-Activsense protection devices and driving force assist systems are all standard.

They’re not worth it yet, but expect them to arrive as soon as Mazda prepares to deliver all the settings for the 2021 models. We’ll see those special editions succeed at dealerships later this year.
