While Tesla believes that the most productive shareholder delight is an all-in-person annual meeting open to all shareholders, ongoing travel and public fitness needs and reviews required an exclusive format for the 2020 annual meeting. Date and time of events
The 2020 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. Peaceful climate.
The 2020 Annual Meeting live video web feeds and the Tesla Battery Day occasion will be available to the general public at www.tesla.com/2020shareholdermeeting.
To meet the requirements and public fitness, Tesla also provides any shareholder as of July 31, 2020 with the means to participate practically in the 2020 annual meeting in www.assemblycenter.io/234436330. The virtual assembly will come with the same live video webcasts that will be held for the general public, as well as the ability to send written votes and comments on assembly schedules. Limited face-to-face events
We are excited to be able to welcome participants in strict compliance with a format that provides powerful fitness measures. We will also use more security measures and detection protocols to protect our participants and staff.
To maximize equity, Tesla will conduct a random sweepstakes of shareholder eligibility to attend any of the occasions in person. If you were a shareholder on July 31, 2020, you can request this draw in www.tesla.com/2020shareholdermeeting. The design will be strictly in accordance with the regulations and situations described on this website, and we may not make any exceptions.
Please note that due to mandatory restrictions on the duration of stand-in-person meetings, the total number of other people Tesla may have on the site is sometimes very limited. Tesla will not be able to admit anyone on occasion, shareholders decided through design and insurance that Tesla staff members and their guests.
All shareholders are encouraged to vote and submit their powers before the 2020 Annual Assembly through one of the strategies described in the power documents.
