The Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service demonstrated that two teams had been sent to the site of the events from Gloucester North and Gloucester South.
They had stairs, but the owners of the merry-go-round controlled it to take it to the paintings and lose the struggling consumers.
Gloucestershire police went to control the spectators as the crowd piled up around the merry-go-round.
No one was injured in the incident, the stranded runners were stranded for more than two hours.
A spokesman for Bob Wilson’s fairs said a steering mechanism had been activated and stopped, and that all concerned were healthy.
It also showed that the Star Flyer will be open for the last day of the fair, which will open at 2 p. m.
The Gloucester Park fair is an annual favorite of the city and has been in place this summer on weekends in August.
