(RTTNews) – Japanese automaker Suzuki Motor Corp. (SZKMF. PK, SZKMY. PK) announced on Monday that its net source of revenue attributable to the owners of the parent company for the first quarter had fallen 95.6% to 1.8 billion yen. The Group said its operating profit for the era fell 97.9% to 1.3 billion yen.
For the first quarter, the Group’s sales decreased by 53.1% to 425.3 billion yen.
The Group attributed the effects to the corona pandemic outbreak, which impacted the plant’s operations in countries such as Japan, India, Pakistan and Hungary, such as international sales.
