He said work is underway to build a pedestrian bridge connecting Al Bardi 6 and Al Batha spaces in Khorfakkan. The bridge will facilitate access to Khorfakkan Hospital and the movement of other people from any of the spaces.
Additionally, he said a number of innovations have been implemented in the Hayawah area, adding the installation of sewer lines, rainwater drainage systems and asphalt roads. The contractor is expected to begin operations within about a month, he added.
