Subaru of America signed a 550,000-square-foot long-term lease at Majestic Commercenter, aimed at park amenities and the ability to expand to a larger location.
The automaker signed the lease of custom-made assets at Majestic Realty Co’s important 1,600-acre planned park.in the northeast quadrant of the intersection of Interstate 70 and Tower Road, eastbound toward E-470.
Subaru will move from a smaller existing location less than 3 km away and expand to the new regional office, portion distribution and technical center for its retail service technicians.
“This is a resolution driven by a number of key points for the long-term expansion and good fortune of our company and our employees,” Keith Metzger, Subaru’s corporate real estate director, said in a statement.”We were given a competitive rental fee for a prime location and a quality product from a more sensible developer with whom we have established a strong relationship.In addition, the amenities of the park and the surrounding domain have met or exceeded our checklist in all respects.»

Commerce Construction LP is in the process of building the Subaru build, which will come with a 36-foot ceiling height, 70-foot speed bays, 115 dock gates, and “significant” signage along the facade of the I -70.

Majestic Realty Co. is also underway on a retail assignment in the park on the front of East 32nd Parkway and Tower Road.Up to 15 retail and hotel tenants are planned for the 32 acres of Majestic Tower Crossings, adding at least one hotel., plans to link the 71-mile north segment of the High Line with first creek trail in east Majestic Commercenter.

Recently, Amazon signed a long-term lease to occupy Construction No.15, 702,000 square feet in the park, while Shamrock Foods purchased an area east of the Majestic Commercenter, where paintings are being made in a 1.3 million-square-foot complex.Of those projects and the installation of Subaru, Majestic Commercenter will total more than nine million square feet.
