A crime-sned social club has been demolished from a 300,000-euro program to expand a very active car dealership.

Ken Jervis Kia has demolished the former Cobridge Coronation Club on Mulgrave Street after the troubled site closed for more than 3 years.

Open space has now been remodeled in a 50-seat car park after the company considered visitor parking to be a more sensible priority.

Ken Jervis Kia, Managing Director of David Norwood, said: “I am very pleased that this assignment is now complete and that our consumers and local citizens get great advantages from parking. Many hard paintings and an investment of more than 300,000 euros were required, but it will be worth every penny “.

The program also released parking spaces for local citizens after court cases about parking on residential streets prior to the investment.

Malcolm Barber, who lives across the street from the site, said: “The improvement of dominance is one hundred percent better. We also have the merit of the green aesthetics and the plants that look fantastic. We will miss the club, but it is a must-have development for residents.
