The next-generation Volkswagen Golf R is preparing to perfect its successful formula that combines maximum luxury and functionality in a small box.
New photographs of the interior and the large rump of the highly anticipated hot hatch have been posted through the Spanish-based online page of CocheSpias Instagram, revealing some additional visual and technical features.
With a giant exhaust quartet, with a sublime “R” logo set in the center and a giant roof spoiler, the rear of the new style clearly and transparently communicates the functionality intentions of the new Golf R.
In the last batch of spy plans, the Golf R 2021’s exhaust formula gave the impression that smaller and oval in shape, the alloy rim design was locked.
A new photo of the interior shows the virtual dashboard in sports mode, with a horizontal tachometer on the most sensitive side of the screen.
The strength of the new Volkswagen Golf R will come through a high-efficiency edition of the 2.0-liter turbo petrol engine shown by the brand, with a force of up to 245 kW.
The existing Golf R produces 221 kW in Europe and 213 kW in Australia due to our “hot market” status. It remains to be noted that this or our top sulphur gas limits the strength of the next Australian Golf R.
He said Volkswagen’s hero sedan would have the 2.5-liter turbo petrol engine in line with the Audi RS 3, but Audi is said to have those plans.
Volkswagen has also begun to expand a Mercedes-AMG A45 S, killing a three hundred kW beast in the form of the Golf R400 (as in 400 hp or three hundred kW), but this style has been set aside due to the maximum costs.

Previous spy images reveal that sports seats will be available with all technology pads, adding a giant high-definition color touchscreen infotainment system, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, automatic parking features, and a long list.
The German hot hatch was originally scheduled to be presented at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2020 in July, however COVID-19 has recorded the plans.
Volkswagen mentioned when the official disclosure of the Golf R would occur, beyond confirmation that it would break later in the year.
The next-generation Mk8 Golf diversity, adding the new GTI, originally scheduled to launch in Australia later this year, however, its release has been marred by delays and will now take up position early next year.
The head of public relations and delight of the logo at Volkswagen Australia, Kurt McGuiness, said to sell cars that the Golf R is a key style for the product line, not just because it’s the hero’s style, and is expected to arrive here later in 2021.
“Golf R systematically surpasses the GTI and definitely has our signature. Australia is one of the most sensitive 3 R car markets in the world; our consumers can’t get enough, and neither can we.”
“We are making each and every effort to make R’s diversity of functions greater to other style diversity,” McGuiness added, referring to the Volkswagen Tiguan R and T-Roc R fast SUVs.
