The “beveled elements”, being quadripartite, symbolize the 4 armed forces that support the branch: the air force, the army, the army and the navies. They’re sharp because it makes them look a bit like rockets fired into space.
As for the motto: “Semper Supra”, which means “up”, it can be interpreted simply as reassuring or threatening, which ends at the end of the Space Force that has pointed out to it.
