Skoda Auto provides assistance to consumers affected by the cyclone

Skoda Auto India has introduced technical measures for consumers affected by Cyclone Michaung in Chennai and Andhra Pradesh.

The Czech automaker said it provides free roadside assistance and that its service network is designed to provide priority service to customers.

“Skoda Auto India has issued the necessary standardized repair guidelines across dealerships and also deputed adequate manpower and spare parts,” a company statement here said.

The manufacturers’ service network has been activated to be ready to respond to the large influx of vehicles, he added.

“Customers can contact Skoda roadside assistance on 1800 209 4646” for a quick reaction, he added.
