Siemens logistics formula for the expansion of Kama truck tires

Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan – Siemens AG and Russian tyre manufacturer Kama Tyres have signed an agreement to expand the logistics formula at the Kama truck tire plant in Nizhnekamsk as part of a larger expansion allocation on site.

Siemens, already Kama’s logistics spouse since 2007, will be Kama’s production procedure and production execution formula (MES), linking production and control within the plant.

The agreement with Siemens, announced on September 18, is Kama’s main expansion assignment at the Nizhnekamsk site.

Phase 1 of the project, Kama’s parent company Tatneft said in a statement, ended in 2019, expanding the production of forged metal cable truck tires on site through 300,000 games consistent with the year.
