CVS Health is adding more than 2,000 new COVID-19 management control sites at selected CVS Pharmacy locations across the country to help the company’s ongoing efforts to verify access and assistance in curbing the spread of the virus.
CVS Health has been managing the largest number of independently controlled COVID-19 verification sites in the country lately, and with those new sites, the company expects to have more than 4,000 up and running until mid-October. in a few weeks and will build on the company’s ability to register in 33 states and Washington, D. C. , starting with the opening of more than 400 sites on Friday.

Self-hispanic testing is loose for patients and should be performed for those who meet the criteria of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. 1 Patients should register in advance with CVS. com [cvs. com] to make an appointment. A parent or legal parent will need to register online in full for all minor patients, and patients between the ages of 12 and 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal parent when they come for testing.
Patients are encouraged to adhere to signage or site instructions when they arrive for control. Procedures vary by location and patients may be asked to stay in their car and move to the pharmacy window, a parking area or tent in the parking lot, or, in very limited areas, to enter a CVS store. Patients will get a verification kit and instructions, and a member of the CVS Pharmacy team will practice the self-hispanic process.
Currently, the maximum verification effects of samples taken from CVS verification sites across the country will be obtained within 2-3 days.
