“A Supreme Court order prohibits others from taking part in car cruises, adding speeding, driving races and convoys, stunts and obstacles on a thoroughway through Birmingham, Solihull and Black Country.
“Dangerous driving and excessive cruiser noise cause several calls to the police and the force continues to expand a number of plans to prosecute offenders.
“Force invests significant resources to offload motor cruise warrants that check this behavior, we also provide additional resources when we believe this activity is maximum.
“Our traffic officers perform normal operations throughout the force in reaction to network concerns.
“They are also now supported by police drone pilots who focus on offenders.”
