The new 2025 Audi Q6 and SQ6 e-tron make up the German brand’s third SUV lineup and will go on sale later this year in the hotly contested compact luxury SUV segment.

The Q6 and SQ6 e-tron are the first Audi models built on the Volkswagen Group’s Premium Platform Electric (PPE) platform and feature an 800-volt architecture.

Nestled between Audi’s existing Q4 and Q8 e-tron models, the Q6 e-tron is comparable to the brand’s best-selling Q5 SUV.

The new Q6 and SQ6 are also the first cars produced at Audi’s plant in Ingolstadt, Germany.

A longer wheelbase of 114. 1 inches compared to the Q5 provides the Q6 e-tron with a spacious cabin with intelligent rear legroom.

The Q6 and SQ6 will launch with engines and all-wheel drive, with power outputs of up to 456 and 510 horsepower, respectively.

The Q6 and SQ6 e-tron will feature a 94. 4 kWh battery; A rear-wheel-drive style with a smaller battery will possibly be added to the range at a later date.

Capable of charging up to 270kW, the Q6 and SQ6 can charge from 10 to 80% in about 21 minutes, according to Audi.

EPA diversity estimates are not yet known, but Audi expects the Q6 e-tron to have a diversity of at least three hundred miles.

Audi says the Q6 can hit 60mph in about five seconds, while the SQ6 does it in 4. 2 seconds.
