SAN ANGELO – St. Angelo’s police are looking for a driving force that killed an 87-year-old man who crossed the street in a motorized wheelchair on Monday night, according to a press release.
On Monday, September 28, 2020, police were sent to Upton Street and North Schroeder Avenue just before nine o’clock at night for the report of a turn in the fate of a primary motor vehicle involving a pedestrian and an SUV.
The victim has been known as Jesse Hernandez.
“If you are the responsible user, I sense that you have made a serious mistake and that you cannot compensate for what happened. What can be achieved can be compensated are the post-fact cases. Police are searching for surveillance footage along North Marie d’Upton in La Follette from 8:15 p. m. 9:15 p. m. on Monday.
