The launch of Gurugram-based electric vehicles, Revolt Intellicorp Pvt Ltd, announced Friday that it would begin selling the Revolt RV400, its electric motorcycle, in Mumbai.
The revolt already envisages cities such as Delhi, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. Reservations in Mumbai will be open from 15:00 on 30 August.
The RV400 will now be available in Mumbai with its first hub in Andheri. The Revolt RV400 is available at 3,999 ₹ according to the month (for 38 months plus ₹ 3,999 as a single booking amount on the website) and the RV300 to 2,999 ₹ according to the month (for 36 months plus 2999 ₹ as a singles reserve amount) on the website).
“While the Covid-19 outbreak and the next blockade have affected delivery times for some time, we are now seamlessly navigating to achieving our goals as much as possible, adhering to government production standards. We expect some normalcy and are advancing the next order circular for our new centre in Mumbai,” said Rahul Sharma, founder of Revolt Intellicorp.
The Revolt RV400 comes with a 3.24 KWH lithium-ion battery that generates 72 V of power and provides a more sensitive speed of 85 km/h, providing a maximum diversity of 150 km on a single charge. A CBS braking formula (front disc – 240 mm / rear disc – 240 mm) and an adjustable single shock are added to ensure safe driving, according to a corporate statement.
“To respond to visitors’ anxiety about battery life, the Revolt battery is detachable so that the battery can be classified at home or in the workplace as a 15 A tester, or you can replace the battery at one of the Revolt switching stations in less than 60 seconds. The full battery speed takes 4.5 hours to reclassify,” the company said.
