The Food Establishment Inspection Report is a weekly report that is published on Sundays. The data is drawn from reports provided through the Department of Environmental Health and individual reports can be found on their website, http://amarillo. gov/departments/community. -Services/Environmental-Health/Food Inspections. A numerical scoring formula is now used, where a score of one hundred questions equals 0 demerit.
100 issues: no major violations at the time of inspection
85 Numbers – Considered an Average Score
70 issues or less – requires re-inspection within 24 hours

(A/90) Eastridge Grocery Store, 5200 E. Amarillo Blvd. The orange juice boxes in the cooler are replaced and have mold. COS. No there is hot water in any sink. Fixed before 11/15. The hot water button does not work on the sink. Corrected by 11/25. Evidence of under-counter mice in the back room; 3-compartment sink with leaks underneath. Correct by 02/13/2024.
