Hurstwood Holdings continued its national procurement path following the acquisition of Transaction House, a 9,000-square-foot hybrid office/warehouse construction near Blackpool Airport, for an un revealed sum in an off-market personal investor transaction.
Located on Amy Johnson Way, the two-story stand-alone construction has its own depot and shipping services with a conveyor belt and 17 parking spaces.
Andy Park, managing director of Hurstwood Holdings, said: “We identify the price of this upscale property, located in a popular business park with a combination of offices and commercial premises.
“The construction can easily accommodate one or more occupants and can be rented from 8 euros per square meter.”
Manchester-based Hurstwood Holdings is a commercial and residential property group with more than £160m of property on 100 sites nationwide, housing in excess of 700 occupier clients.
