Toyota India has begun accepting bookings for the upcoming Toyota Urban Cruiser. The subcompact SUV can be reserved for a symbolic amount of Rs 11000. Potential consumers interested in the car can pre-order it at one of Toyota’s dealerships or make a stopover on Toyota India’s official online website to do the same. The SUV founded in Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza will be officially presented in the holiday season, according to Automobileandbike.com. The SUV is available for advance booking in various colors: blue, brown, white, orange, silver, grey, blue/black, brown/black and orange/white.

The Toyota Urban Cruiser is based on its competitor of the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza segment, the two cars have a general design but a range of details. The Toyota Urban Cruiser features: a two-table grille, an ambitious trapezoidal fog area, dual LED headlights with dual-function DRL-cum-LED indicator, LED fog lights, 16-inch alloy wheels, stylish LED taillights, high LED brake light and more.
Toyota Urban Interior
The interior of the Toyota Urban Cruiser is also similar to that of the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, which is highlighted through a high-end two-tone dark brown interior. The Toyota Urban Cruiser features a smart touchscreen infotainment formula that can be connected to Android and Apple devices, enabling smart navigation. Other internal features that stand out are: automatic air conditioning, guide wheels, turn/stop button, windscreen wiper with rain sensor, cruiser and electrochromic inner mirror (IRVM).
Toyota Urban engine and transmission
The Toyota Urban Cruiser is supplied with a BS6-compliant 1.5-liter K-Series engine, which Toyota also borrowed from the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza. The engine is capable of generating a maximum force of 104 hp and a maximum torque of 138 Nm. The transmission formula is a 5-speed manual that comes with an optional 4-speed automatic torque converter.
