The user also posted images of imaginable portions of an explosive device on the street. Police Chief Chuck Lovell responded to the tweet and said investigators were investigating the incident.
“PPB researchers are actively investigating this case. If you have a first-hand account of what happened or accumulated evidence, please contact us,” he wrote. “We’re looking to find out what happened so we can build public protection for everyone.”

In the video, you can hear someone off camera saying that a black SUBURBAN GMC might have been involved. Investigators did not determine which vehicle, if any, was involved, police said.
No reports have been made about the incident, police said. Investigators are interested in talking to the woman in the video, witnesses to the incident, and those who allegedly recovered fragments of the device.
