Popular garage still reopening as a new contract car dealership with over 20 locations across the UK

A POPULAR workshop is about to close, but will reopen as a new dealership, a major UK franchise.

Drive Motor Retail, owned by one of the hundred most successful car sales companies in the country, has defined plans to expand its sales operations.

DMR will close its workshop and portion warehouse in Darlington, County Durham, in favor of a new showroom and offices.

This will allow it to expand its existing sales area, which lately represents major brands by adding MG and Vauxhall.

Five other vehicles will be on display in the renovated shopping area.

The rest will remain unchanged and will continue to offer service, valet parking and storage.

It will be open from 8:30 a. m. to 6:00 p. m. horas. de Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. Saturdays and from 10 a. m. to 4 p. m. on Sundays and holidays.

Lately the proposals are receiving attention from Darlington Council.

A resolution is in due course.

The news is the infrequent opening of a dealership after a series of closures.

A popular establishment closed its store without even informing customers, who found out when they showed up for a service.

Similarly, a major franchise suspended the opening of new outlets after suffering million-dollar losses.

And earlier this month, troubled dealership chain Pendragon suffered a blow in its chaotic acquisition process after a potential customer pulled out.

This comes after a motorist criticised cars for suppressing driving pleasure.

Meanwhile, it has emerged that almost a portion of the radars in England and Wales are already operational.
