Polk County arrested for DUI murder

HAINES CITY, Fla. (CW44 News at 10) – On Tuesday, August 25, 2020, polk County Sheriff’s Department road homicide detectives arrested Sandra Mayberry, 51, from Haines City, Florida, for DUI Man (F2). A single-vehicle accident just after Saturday morning resulted in the death of a passenger and the hospitalization of the driver. The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the accident, which occurred around 12:09 a. m. 800 meters north of Lucerne Park Road in Haines City.

Michael Browning, 57, from Haines City, transferred to Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center, but died as a result of his injuries.
