HAINES CITY, Fla. (CW44 News at 10) – On Tuesday, August 25, 2020, polk County Sheriff’s Department road homicide detectives arrested Sandra Mayberry, 51, from Haines City, Florida, for DUI Man (F2). Driving force of a twist on the fate of a single vehicle on April 25, 2020, which killed its passenger, Michael Browning, 57, also from Haines City.
According to the affidavit, “A court order received by Mayberry’s blood drawn at the time of his admission to the hospital. Blood sent to the FDLE for testing. The effects came back here with a 0. 220 g/100 ml blood alcohol point. It’s almost 3 times the legal limit. “

A single-vehicle accident just after Saturday morning resulted in the death of a passenger and the hospitalization of the driver. The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the accident, which occurred around 12:09 a. m. 800 meters north of Lucerne Park Road in Haines City.
Michael Browning, 57, from Haines City, transferred to Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center, but died as a result of his injuries.
The driving force of the vehicle, Sandra Mayberry, 51, of Haines City, was also transported to LRHMC in solid state.
According to initial research, Mayberry was driving a white 2500 2007 Chevy pickup truck in the northern United States 27 in the outer lane.
For reasons unknown at the time, the truck veered to the right, exited the road and overturned several times. The truck hit a barbed wire fence and came here to rest in a cow meadow east of the road.
