Police respond to serious twist of motorcycle fate at Broadbeach Waters

Police are investigating a serious twist of fate at Broadbeach Waters last night.

At approximately 8:30 p.m., a motorcyclist traveling south along Pacific Boulevard collided with a double-cabin application traveling north.

The cyclist, a 38-year-old boy from Broadbeach Waters, was transferred to Princess Alexandra Hospital with serious spinal injuries.

The vehicle’s driving force and passenger were physically injured.

The Forensic Accident Unit is investigating.
