The General Services Administration is now facing 10 protests challenging the agency’s awarding of awards to the Polaris IT and response vehicle.
The corporations question how GSA evaluated the proposals, adding how experience was observed and for which projects bidders were allowed to claim credits.
GSA named 102 winners in December in the general small business category. The firm will provide more awards in small business categories, such as women-owned small businesses, HUBZone, and veteran- and disability-owned small businesses.
GSA received 569 proposals for the general small business pool, so it will not be surprising to see the numbers protests climb.
The Government Accountability Office is not expected to rule on the protests until mid-April.
