Plans submitted for a new Kenny Ross Mazda dealership

North Huntingdon this week submitted a review of plans for a new Kenny Ross Mazda dealership between Kenny Ross Subaru and the existing Mazda dealership along Highway 30.

Kenny Ross Automotive Group’s plans for the new construction were not under review, Ryan Fonzi, North Huntingdon’s director of planning, said Monday.

Kenny Ross needs to build a one-story construction on the site of a gravel lot where cars are parked between the two dealerships, said Carley Painter, marketing director of the automotive group.Construction will space the sales, service and portion departments, Painter said..

Kenny Ross needs to begin the assignment structure as soon as he gets all the government’s permits, said Painter, who hopes the assignment will take between nine months and a year.

The existing Mazda dealer, on the site of the former Hamilton Subaru dealership, will be reused for some other purpose, Painter said.

A review of the plans in the plan-making committee’s schedule prior to this month, but also continued.
