A pedestrian was killed and fled Friday night on detroit’s west side, police said.
An initial investigation revealed that the victim crossed the street near Greenfield and Joy at approximately 7:30 p.m. when a gray van turning north- struck her.
The driving force can’t stop, the investigators said. The pedestrian, known as a 60-year-old woman, rushed to hospital and was pronounced dead.
Authorities released surveillance footage of the four-door vehicle, which ins likely described a Chevrolet Silverado with two toolboxes in bed.
