A passenger was left furious after learning he had been forced to give up his seat on a plane to a dog.
The frustrated individual vented on Reddit, calling Delta Airlines decision an “absolute joke.”
“I first upgraded this morning and then 15 minutes later I was downgraded (to a [worse] seat than the one I had before),” the passenger wrote.
After inquiring about the change, they were told by the desk agent that something had “changed.”
“Okay, fine, I am disgruntled but whatever” they continued, until discovering who had gotten the seat.
“I then board only to see this dog in my first class seat … And now I’m livid,” the traveler continued.
Red light, individual “immediately” contacted Delta assistance. However, they were told, “You may just be transferred to service animals,” or simply, “There’s nothing you can do. “
“There’s no way this dog spent as much as I did on this airline. . . What an absolute joke. ” What’s the point of being unwavering with this airline, they said.
“I sat down when others complained that this airline has been mistreating its consumers in recent years and reducing its service levels, but I’m also starting to question my loyalty,” the disgruntled passenger concluded.
