A 47-year-old Pasco man is incarcerated in the Franklin County Jail after a one-on-one Monday night.
Around 11 p. m. , Pasco police responded to the 1700 block of Irving Street after receiving a report of shots fired. After an investigation, police said two teams of men were shooting at each other and some of them fled in a vehicle, which was also fired upon and hit several times.
No one in the fleeing vehicle was injured, but the investigation led to the arrest of a 47-year-old Pasco man (whose call has not been released) charged with first-degree assault and battery. seizure of several weapons.
