Roam, the Kenyan e-mobility company, has partnered with Greenspoon, an online retailer specializing in organic food, to offer a completely sustainable food delivery service.
According to a report from the two companies, this collaboration is expected to redefine the food delivery experience in Kenya by combining the power of the Roam Air electric motorcycle with Greenspoon’s commitment to fresh, local and sustainable produce.
Thanks to this partnership, Greenspoon consumers will now gain ultra-fast delivery benefits with Roam Air, which promises to deliver orders in less than 99 minutes, a significant figure.
an improvement over the previous delivery time of up to 3 hours, allowing consumers to get their pantry essentials and produce faster.
Roam Air features a garage tank and forged frame that will consistently allow up to 15 Greenspoon visitor orders per day to be fulfilled through Roam Air. Its detachable dual battery formula and portable tester will consistently allow Greenspoon users to rate on any outlet, adding to their storage, minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent, continuous operation.
Greenspoon will offer three batteries for Roam Air, which equates to a journey of more than 225km when fully charged, allowing Greenspoon passengers to place up to 195 orders per day. With earlier delivery times, Greenspoon aims to serve more consumers, as they ultimately serve over 3500 consumers who place orders through Greenspoon’s mobile app and website.
With 0 electronic projects and a loading capacity of up to 220kg, Greenspoon says Roam Air is the ideal selection for a sustainable delivery solution, which aligns with Greenspoon’s project to reduce carbon footprint and help farmers and local artisans. GreenspoonGo consolidates orders traveling in the same direction whenever possible to further reduce the carbon footprint.
